SALES REPRESENTATIVES

 

Job Description:

Our Sales Representatives are the marketers of Seal Logistics Inc. Our Sales representatives are tasked with expanding our brand and services by connecting with both other businesses and to individual consumers. Sales representatives are heavily relied upon to generate income for the company. The Seal sales team work with customers to find what they logistic program they need, create solutions and ensure a smooth sales process. The Seal’s sales team will work to find new sales leads, through business directories, client referrals, etc. Our sales representatives will have a combination inside/outside sales job. Sometimes our sales representatives will focus on inside sales, such as “cold calling” for new clients while in an office setting, or outside sales, which involves visiting clients in the field with new or existing clients.

Job Skills:

  • Customer Service Skills: The customer is always right. You will need to be able speak in a friendly way to customers and potential customers, listening to their needs and helping communicate options for them.
  • Communication Skills: You will need to speak to customers about a product’s different features, and answer any questions they might have.
  • Flexibility: You might have to work long hours, nights or weekends.
  • Persistence: Not every customer is going to be a sale. Being able to bounce back if you lose a sale will be key for this job.

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES

Job Description:

Our Customer service team is responsible for attracting potential customers by answering service questions; suggesting information about other services. Opens customer accounts by recording account information. Maintains customer records by updating account information. Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution. Maintains financial accounts by processing customer adjustments. Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs. Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Job Skills:

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative

Job Description:

Our skilled administrative team are responsible for a wide variety office function. Our assistants performs administrative and office support activities for multiple supervisors. These services are, but are not limited too, fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, word processing, creating spreadsheets and presentations, and filing records. Often time we rely on our assistants to organize and schedule appointment, plan meetings and take detailed minutes during the meetings.

Job Skills:

Job Description:

Logistics consulting deals with coordinating and directing distribution, transportation and warehouse activities for a company or manufacturer. Our logistics consultants team analyze and solve supply-chain operation problems for our clients. They advise clients on how to improve packaging, order-processing and quality-control procedures so that operations run more smoothly.
